Complimentary access ticket to Victoria and Albert Museum Paid Exhibition 

Terms and Conditions

• On check-in, a ticket for each applicable guest will be provided, each voucher can be used for one person to enter a paid exhibition at Victoria and Albert Museum
• The Clermont accepts no responsibility for the availability of specific dates or redemption via Victoria and Albert Museum. 
• The Clermont Hotel terms and conditions apply to accommodation bookings and are independent of and not affected by the gift of Victoria and Albert Museum tickets.
• One ticket voucher per applicable guest will be provided. Tickets are valid to August 2025.
• The ticket voucher does not guarantee entry to Victoria and Albert Museum at any specific time or on any specific date – pre-booking is not required but entry is subject to availability and Victoria and Albert Museum opening times.  
• The exhibition entry process is subject to change and guests will be notified in advance of any changes to this process.
• Please also note at especially busy times, at the V&A’s discretion, ticket holders may be asked to wait for a short time before entry at the exhibition entrance. Complimentary tickets must not be resold.
• The Clermont accepts no responsibility for the availability of Victoria and Albert Museum opening schedule.
• The ticket voucher has no cash value and cannot be exchanged or replaced if damaged or lost.
